Company is a leading provider of emissions governance solutions, helping companies streamline their environmental sustainability efforts. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
· Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers: Utilize various prospecting methods, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential customers. Effectively manage leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline using CRM software to achieve sales targets.
· Conduct sales meetings and presentations: Engage with potential customers to understand their specific needs and pain points. Deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively showcase the value of company's emissions governance solutions and how they can address customer challenges.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals: Collaborate with prospects to understand their budgetary requirements and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements. Proactively address objections and concerns to overcome barriers to closing deals. Drive contract negotiations to secure successful closures.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and maximize customer retention. Identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and proactively propose additional solutions or upgrades that align with their objectives.
· Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers and facilitate seamless transitions. Provide feedback from customers to the product team to drive continuous improvement and enhancements to our solutions.
· Domestic and international travel: Travel is an expectation for this role, as you may be required to meet with customers, attend industry conferences, and collaborate with teams in different locations.
Qualifications:
· 5 - 10 years of professional experience and proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering or business fields. Consideration will be made for relevant military and professional experience in lieu of a college degree.
· Working knowledge of the upstream oil and gas industry, covering all exploration and production activities.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships, both with prospective customers and existing clients.
· Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Experience collaborating with product teams to align customer needs with product development is a plus.
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
